• The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest/agent the cost of the damage that occurred in case of any breakages or damages.
• The hotel reserves the right to carry out repairs, renovations or upgrades/preventive maintenance programs as it may deem fit, to keep the resort in good condition. The decision to renovate/ upgrade shall be made by the hotel at its absolute discretion, but prior notice of commencement of any major renovation work, on a prolonged basis that may affect guests’ comfort, will be shared.
• In the event of the guest becoming ill, the guest will have to adhere to the health guidelines issued by the health authorities. The additional cost will have to be borne by the guest.
• LKR Rates are valid only for residents of Sri Lanka or holders of a Sri Lankan residence visa.

• Early Departure

If a guest has reserved a room check-out before the guest’s reserved check-out date, the hotel will charge the entire stay, and no refunds will be given.

Date amendments will only be accepted if requested at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Amendments can only be made within the same month as the original arrival date and are subject to room availability.
