Child Supplements

• Age 00 yrs – 05 yrs, FOC (sharing main bed with parents).
• Age 05 yrs – 12 yrs, following rates will apply (sharing main bed with parents).
• Children above 12 yrs are considered as adults and will apply extra adults’ rate.
• Complimentary baby cots/cribs will be provided (subject to availability)

 

Check-In / Check-Out Times

• The check-in time is 14.00hrs and the Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Guaranteed Early check-in or late check-out is being charged as per the contract.

Guaranteed Early Check-In

• After 08.00 a.m. – 50% of the room rate
• Before 08.00 a.m. – Previous night to be reserved

Guaranteed Late Check-Out

• Until 18:00 hours – 50% of the room rate
• Beyond 18:00 hours – 100% of the room rate

 

Overbooking

• The hotel reserves the right to overbook, which may result in some guests being relocated. In this event, the hotel will be secure, and the client agrees to accept alternate accommodation of at least an equal standard but is not liable to pay compensation to the wholesaler or any individual hotel guests.

 

Special Conditions

• The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest/agent the cost of the damage that occurred in case of any breakages or damages.
• The hotel reserves the right to carry out repairs, renovations or upgrades/preventive maintenance programs as it may deem fit, to keep the resort in good condition. The decision to renovate/ upgrade shall be made by the hotel at its absolute discretion, but prior notice of commencement of any major renovation work, on a prolonged basis that may affect guests’ comfort, will be shared.
• In the event of the guest becoming ill, the guest will have to adhere to the health guidelines issued by the health authorities. The additional cost will have to be borne by the guest.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
• You will be charged 0% of the reservation If you cancel within 14 days before arrival
• No-shows will incur the full cancellation fee

 

Early Departure

If a guest checks out before their reserved departure date, the hotel will charge for the entire reserved stay and no refunds will be provided.

 

Date Amendments

Date amendments will only be accepted if requested at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Amendments can only be made within the same month as the original arrival date and are subject to room availability.
